报告摘要: This talk first reviews the unique continuation properties for the KdV equation established by Bourgain, Kenig, and others. We then present our results on two-point quantitative unique continuation inequalities, including explicit constant estimates and their half-line variants.

报告人简介: 王明，中南大学教授，博士生导师，长期从事调和分析与偏微分方程理论的研究，发现了薛定谔方程的两点时刻唯一延拓性不等式，给出了全空间热传导方程和一维薛定谔方程可观测集的充分必要刻画，并建立了KdV方程解析半径的最新下界估计。至今已发表SCI论文40余篇，部分成果见于J. Eur. Math. Soc.、Comm. Math. Phys.、J. Math. Pures Appl.、SIAM J. Math. Anal.、Indiana Univ. Math. J.、J. Differential Equations等期刊。主持多项科研项目，包括国家自然科学基金面上项目2项和青年基金1项、中国博士后基金特别资助与一等资助各1项，以及湖北省自然科学基金1项。
